This is more than just a guided meditation – it’s a sacred ceremonial process where we will intentionally call upon divine forces to support our journey of renewal. To fully participate in this ceremony, please gather the following simple items:

• One white candle (a simple tea light is perfect)
• One black candle (a simple tea light is also sufficient)
• One smoky quartz crystal (a small tumble stone or raw crystal from a metaphysical shop, costing only a few dollars, will be ideal. Please note: you will be burying this crystal after the ceremony.)
• One clear quartz crystal (again, a small tumble stone or raw crystal will work beautifully and should be inexpensive.)
• A pen and paper to write down your intentions.
• A safe place (preferably outdoors) where you can safely burn your written intentions after the ceremony.

Please note that if you are unable to procure these Items that is ok, you will still be able to proceed with the practices and receive the remarkable benefits from it. These items simply present an opportunity to link further into the divine lunar energies we will be tapping into.

During this ceremonial process, we will:
